With the new OM 654 diesel engine, we are focusing on efficiency, smooth running and modern exhaust technology. The four-cylinder engine is available in four power levels and complies with Euro 6d and Euro VI E. Combined with the 9G-Tronic automatic transmission, the result is a drive system that performs superbly both in everyday use and under load.
Permanent all-wheel drive. Without compromise.
The new permanent all-wheel drive distributes power between the front and rear axles depending on the situation - fully automatically, without driver intervention. An electronically controlled multi-plate clutch in the transfer case ensures that traction arrives where it is needed.
Mud, deep ground or steep passages do not change the driving experience: the Sprinter remains controllable, predictable and stable.
