Terms and Conditions (T&C)

We believe in clarity, fairness, and responsibility—even in business matters. That’s why we clearly state the rules that apply when you use our platform or post listings. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use OLLI. No hidden traps. No tricks. No hard feelings. Just transparency. We respect every decision—even those against us.
These Terms of Service govern the use of the online platform www.olli-onelifeliveit.com (hereinafter “Platform”) as well as all related services. The Platform is operated by 4x4 Schweiz AG, Plattenstrasse 42, 8032 Zurich, Switzerland, email: hello(at)olli-onelifeliveit.com
1. Scope of Application and Contracting Parties
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform as well as to all contracts concluded and services booked through the Platform.
1.2 The Platform is operated by 4x4 Schweiz AG, which acts as the provider of the technical infrastructure. Contractual relationships regarding listings, purchases, or content exist exclusively between the respective users.
1.3 By registering, posting a listing, or using the platform, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Conflicting terms and conditions will not be recognized unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Listing Rules (Marketplace Terms)
2.1 All information in listings must be truthful; misleading, incomplete, or deceptive content is prohibited.
2.2 The advertiser must be the actual owner of the product or service being offered. Purely brokerage, affiliate, or drop-shipping offers are not permitted.
2.3 Prices must be listed as final prices—including taxes and any applicable fees.
2.4 Images must authentically depict the offer. The advertiser warrants that they hold the necessary image rights and grants these rights for publication and promotion on OLLI. Logos, watermarks, or promotional graphics are not permitted.
2.5 Only one offer (vehicle, product, trip, etc.) may be advertised per listing. Exception: For trips, multiple dates may be listed in the same ad.
2.6 Listings may not be used exclusively for self-promotion of companies or events. OLLI offers separate advertising and content formats for this purpose.
2.7 Once a sale has been made, the listing must be deactivated or deleted immediately.
2.8 OLLI reserves the right to review and edit listings, or to reject or remove them without providing a reason in the event of violations of these terms and conditions.
3. Conclusion of Contract and Services
3.1 The user agreement is concluded upon the creation of a customer account.
3.2 The booking of paid services (listings, subscriptions, features) is made by selecting the desired package and paying via the provided payment methods. A binding contract is formed upon booking.
3.3 The language of the contract is German. OLLI does not permanently store contract data.
3.4 If an ad is rejected or removed—for example, due to prohibited content or content unrelated to the industry—the amount paid will be refunded minus transaction fees. In case of doubt, we recommend coordinating offers with us in advance.
4. Prices and Payment Processing
4.1 The prices published on the platform at the time of the order apply.
4.2 Payments are made exclusively via the offered digital payment methods; the amount is charged immediately after the order is placed.
4.3 The contract term depends on the selected package. Unless otherwise specified, the listing or subscription is automatically renewed for the booked period. Cancellation can be made at any time via the user account, but must be received before the end of the current period. Early cancellation does not release the user from the obligation to pay; refunds are not available.
5. Platform Availability and Technical Information
5.1 OLLI is operated with great care; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, malfunctions, or external factors may temporarily restrict access.
5.2 Changes to the platform’s functions, structure, or design are possible at any time, provided they do not significantly alter the core service.
5.3 Listings may also be published via partner portals, newsletters, or social media. There is no entitlement to specific placements or publications.
5.4 By posting an ad, the user grants 4x4 Schweiz AG a non-exclusive right of use, unlimited in time and scope, to all content provided (text, images, logos, trademarks), to the extent necessary for display, promotion, or archiving on OLLI and its affiliated channels.
6. Liability and Third-Party Content
6.1 4x4 Schweiz AG is liable only in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for lost profits, consequential damages, or data loss is excluded.
6.2 No responsibility is assumed for user-generated content or external links.
6.3 Data transfers to third-party systems (e.g., automated exports, plugins, or interfaces) are at the user’s own risk.
7. Data Protection
The protection of your data is important to us. The currently valid Privacy Policy applies, available at www.olli-onelifeliveit.com/datenschutz.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 Swiss law applies, excluding international conflict-of-laws rules.
8.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
8.3 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
