4x4Switzerland has been growing since 2014 - with every story, every advertisement, every comment. What began as a project of the heart is now one of the largest online platforms for off-road and overlanding in the German-speaking world: over 400,000 users, more than 25,000 newsletter subscribers - and you right in the middle of it all.

Why everything new?
Because the old website was technically at its limit. And somehow everything was no longer quite up to date. We listened to you, asked around and sensed that your and our standards were growing.
That's why, after more than 11 years, we didn't just want to wipe the slate clean and repaint, we wanted to completely rebuild everything. Multilingual. State-of-the-art. Open to everything that comes our way.
Why OLLI - and what's different?
For us, OLLI is not just a slogan on a dusty rear end. It's a promise to yourself.
People from Germany, Austria, South Tyrol, Alsace and the Benelux countries have been reading along for a long time - somehow 4x4 + Switzerland + .ch didn't fit anymore. OLLI makes us more open - linguistically, thematically and geographically. And it also allows us to think beyond 4x4.
OLLI is more than just a marketplace for buying and selling.

Do I have to register again?
I was already on 4x4Switzerland - do I have to do anything? No. Your account was automatically taken over - as were all active advertisements. All you have to do is set a new password. Then you can log in as usual and get started.
I'm new here - how can I join? You can browse and read immediately. If you want to place an ad or reply to an existing ad, you need an account. Registration is simple and free of charge.
What happens to 4x4Schweiz.ch?
4x4Schweiz permanently forwards all existing content to OLLI. Nothing is lost - everything just gets better.
Is OLLI free of charge?
Yes. Reading, browsing and participating remain free of charge. If you want to advertise or present a product, trip or brand, you pay a fair fee - whether private or commercial, from 19.90 you're in.
Why is it now called OLLI - and no longer 4x4Switzerland?
Because we are more than 4x4. And more than Switzerland. OLLI gives us the space to show everything that makes up adventure: vehicles, gear, travel, skills - in several languages and for a growing community throughout Europe.
Is OLLI now becoming commercial?
No. We remain independent - as always. But we are making it easier for brands to get involved in a meaningful way. Without annoying banners. Without false promises. And only where it really suits the community.

OLLI is not a facelift - it's a complete rebuild. Faster, more open, multilingual. With new sections, better advertisements, a clearer structure and more space for real stories.
