Description

The extensive range of Outback Solutions drawers is complemented by a fully-fledged camping kitchen. The "Slide Kitchen" includes

1. a generous work surface

2. a 3-burner Thetford stove

3. a foldable sink

4. and a small drawer for cutlery and other kitchen utensils

The new modular unit has the same dimensions as the existing 1355 mm drawers (typically used in double cab pickups) and is only available in this dimension due to the required length. The kitchen can be combined with all 1355 mm drawers and pull-outs (RD, RDRF, RF & RFH). The vehicle-specific side panels can be used to achieve a visually appealing overall look. Of course, the "Slide Kitchen" can also be used independently for individual superstructures and installations in vans, motorhomes and trailers.

The three burners of the Thetford gas stove are recessed in a stainless steel bowl for easy cleaning and as a windbreak. The large burner is suitable for pots and pans up to 22 cm in diameter, the two small burners for pots and pans up to 11 cm in diameter. The tempered glass lid also serves as a splash guard. For additional safety, the gas switches off automatically when the flame goes out or the lid is closed. The gas is supplied via a bayonet fitting, which can only be connected after installation and must be removed for storage, which further increases safety.

For the European and especially the German market, it may be necessary to work with appropriate millibar adapters. The kitchen is opened in exactly the same way as conventional drawers. After locking into place, a work surface with a length of 1,250 mm is available. The stove and sink can then be swung out as required.

If the kitchen is not to remain in the vehicle all year round, you can also use item number 37-RDK1355DR; this insert replaces the kitchen with a normal drawer.
